Today I did the following:
~ Got like 4 hours sleep the night before.
~ Had coffee & adderall for breakfast.
~ Had plain bagel w/ butter & a large hot cider from DD for lunch.
~ Walked the dog a half mile (cuz I was running late)
I also plan to:
~ Walk the dog another half mile at least.
~ Drink way more water.
~ Eat something for dinner.
~ Go to sleep.
