B: Instant grits with WW Cheese

L: Maruchan Instant Lunch, spicy chicken flavor

D: Salad, roasted Chicken thigh & drumstick, few bites of lamb, few bites of veggies & rice
S: Fruit salad
S: few bites of regular B&J ice cream

D's Sunday Pamcakes

Brunch, 3pm: Coffee, 2 sunnyside-up Eggs, 3 strips Bacon, Home fries, 2 silver dollar PAMCAKES!!!!

Later, around 10pm: a few bites of gyro, a few bites of grilled beef, a few bites of rice, a few bites of bulgar. 2 rice cakes with apple butter.

Weird eating day.

D's Saturday Pamcakes

B: Leftover Greek food: baby lamb chops and lamb cubes, with rice, bulgar, and tiny salad
S: Caramel Apple
L: Small bowl of fettucine, few pieces of chicken breast
Exercise: 3 hours of dance rehearsal
D: Charlie Brown's - 3 steakum sliders with frizzled onions, on mini English muffins (no sides)

Then a bit more exercise.

Then a mini Kit Kat bar, a few Whoppers, and a mini bag of Riece's Pieces.
Another rum cider, and some candy'-infused vodka.

Diner after the show... 4am... what meal is that? Anyway, scrambled egg whites and waffle fries (bc they cancel each other out... right?

D's Pamcakes for Friday

B: (was very hungry so decided to have lunch for breakfast) leftover eggplant "lasagna"
L: hot & sour soup
S: Oatmeal
D: Went to a Greek restaurant. Shared a fried liver appetizer, with raw onions. Then a few bites of lamb chop, one lamb cube, a few bites of rice, then a few bites of bulgar.
S: Apple cider with Rum, and a splash of butterscotch schnapps

L: Deli-sliced Garlic Chicken Sandwich on WW Bread, with 2 pieces of Laughing Cow Bleu Cheese
S: small cup of Panera Bread Black Bean Soup
S: roasted Zucchini
D: at Rick's Club America - Eggplant "Lasagna" from the Low-Carb section of the menu. Probably not particularly healthy, but not terrible. Definitely tasty. Ate 2/3 and took the rest home.
S: lots of air-popped Popcorn (half flavored with yellow curry and half flavored with Old Bay)

D's Wednesday Pamcakes

B: Honey nut Cheerios with Skim Milk
S: Apple
L: leftover Haddock with orange, onion, tomatoes, green olives, and fresh dill
S: one mini cannoli and one ruggelah (at a meeting)

B: Pumpkin Oatmeal (I bought pumpkin pie spice to make this process easier... I think I am still putting in too much and just bombing my tastebuds)

L: Large roast chicken breast, on the bone, with skin
S: WW amaretto cheesecake yogurt
D: Dr. Praeger's Veggie Burger on a WW whole wheat bun, with sliced tomato, raw onion,ketchup & mustard... roast zucchini on the side.
S: Baked scoops with salsa (appropriate serving this time)

I also did a half hour of Zumba.

This was a good day.

G's Wednesday Pamcakes!

B:  2 slices Ezekiel bread w sliced banana & 1 packet Justin's Maple Almond Butter & 1 tsp maple syrup, .5 c. orange juice (diluted w/ water)
L:  Subway 6" Turkey w/ veggies & 1 packet light mayo
S:  McIntosh Apple
D:  Homemade Buffalo Chicken Salad (using frozen breaded chicken breast)
S:  Latte bar or mini-bag of microwave kettle corn

E:  Walk the dog + either Wii EA Sports Active OR Yoga DVD

Currently, I am feeling pretty motivated.  I have a whole bunch of awesome things to wear that are just 1 size too small, so I wanna get there!  Denim pencil skirt!  Awesome charcoal trousers!  Tons of jeans!  Wheee!

Areas to focus on -- need to get walking with Chloe earlier so I can walk longer.

Monday in Review...
GOOD:  Stuck to planned foods, though didn't eat fruit & popcorn I intended to eat.  Fell right into the recommended ranges for calories and nutrients according to SparkPeople.  Took my vitamins & fish oil.
NEEDS WORK:  Slept late & procrastinated in the morning, meaning my walk with Chloe was cut short.  Was kind of lazy/tired after work and did not do any additional exercise.  Stayed up too late.

(I can't believe this is all my points. Depressing.)

No exercise.

Other triumphs:
-My coworker brought in fresh-baked apple cake. I resisted.
-My aunt sent me a package with Halloween peeps and chocolate-covered marshmallow pumpkins. I did not eat any. The marshmallow pumpkins went into the freezer for rainy day cravings, and the peeps I will bring to work, where I will eat only one per day (I like them best stale anyway).

Wearing smaller pants that didn't fit last spring today!  Whee!  Can't wait to fit into more previously too-small stuff!

Today I did the following:

~ Got like 4 hours sleep the night before.
~ Had coffee & adderall for breakfast.
~ Had plain bagel w/ butter & a large hot cider from DD for lunch.
~ Walked the dog a half mile (cuz I was running late)

I also plan to:
~ Walk the dog another half mile at least.
~ Drink way more water.
~ Eat something for dinner.
~ Go to sleep.

D: Wednesday Pamcakes

Breakfast:
Quick-cooking Grits

Lunch:
-Sandwich: deli-sliced garlic chicken, mustard, slice of light cheese

Snacks:
-pineapple chunks
-one heart-shaped peep (very stale, the best way to eat them)
-Pumpkin-flavored DD Coffee (since it is pre-sweetened, I asked for "just a little" of the pumpkin flavoring - I have no idea whether or how this instruction was followed)

Dinner:
-Veggieburger with Cheese (Dr. Praeger's)
-Oven fries
-Broccoli with ICBINB spray, salt, and lemon juice

Dessert:
-Ice cream float (diet coke & FF ice cream)

At work:

-Oatmeal
-Dannon Light n Fit Strawberry Yogurt
-Leftover Chorizo & Couscous with tomato & onions
-Dark Chocolate Zone Bar

-one wing from rotisserie chicken
-small piece of meatloaf (half beef half pork)
-1 cracker with cheese
-few bites of sweet potato
-glass of red wine

No exercise. Only exhaustion.

-Knockwurst on a bun (ate 2/3 of bun) with sauteed onions on top
-3 small potato pancakes with applesauce
-half waffle with whipped cream and small scoop of ice cream
-large stein of beer

Later snacks:
-baked scoops with pineapple salsa
-half high fiber wrap with FF sour cream, pickled onions, banana peppers, lettuce, & sprinkle of ww cheese

  • Snack: (not so great) Large Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Iced Regular, Chocolate Stick

Plans for the rest of the day:
  • Lunchy-Snacky:  Microwave popcorn, Cocoa almonds, Craisins
  • Dinner:  Some shit I scrounge for in the freezer, probably a Lean Cuisine
  • Walk the dog at least another mile
Will also make a grocery list for tomorrow.

sandwich: WW Bread + sliced sirloin + 1 wedge Laughing Cow Bleu Cheese
2 small apples
half a zucchini, sliced
single-serving Jolly Time popcorn
a few bites creamed spinach
2 slices WW toast with thin layer of 1/3 fat Philly cream cheese, sea salt, and sliced tomatoes
large glass of Chardonnay

Also, I did a half hour of intense Zumba. Song selection included Katy Perry's California Gurls and Flo Rida's Club Can't Handle Me. Yes I am cool.

I am about to walk 2 miles on the treadmill and then go to bed.
