G's Friday Pamcakes

B: (Diner) Dry English Muffin w/ 2 poached eggs, fruit cup, coffee
L:  Chobani fat free strawberry yogurt, coffee
D: (The Common Man restaurant) 1 piece pumpkin bread, 1/2 cup salad w/ hazelnuts & gorgonzola, 1/2 serving (approx 5 oz) apple chicken, carrots, 1 bite each of everyone else's desserts (creme brulee, apple pie, ice cream)

Still came in within my target calorie range, woohoo!
