B: Honey-nut Cheerios with skim milk
S: Light fruit juice
L: Cup 'O' Noodle (not as good as Maruchan Instant Lunch I've decided - and more calories - lesson learned)
S: Apple
D: -Salad
-Chicken cooked in the crockpot with whole cranberry sauce
-Brown Rice
-Roasted Zucchini
