- Walked the dog .75 mile (approx 10-15 min)
- Breakfast: 2 slices whole wheat toast w/ ICBINB light & pomegranate-strawberry jam; coffee w/ agave nectar + ff half & half
- Snack: (not so great) Large Dunkin Donuts Pumpkin Iced Regular, Chocolate Stick
Plans for the rest of the day:
- Lunchy-Snacky: Microwave popcorn, Cocoa almonds, Craisins
- Dinner: Some shit I scrounge for in the freezer, probably a Lean Cuisine
- Walk the dog at least another mile
