D's Tuesday Pamcakes

B: Pumpkin Oatmeal (I bought pumpkin pie spice to make this process easier... I think I am still putting in too much and just bombing my tastebuds)
S: apple
L: Large roast chicken breast, on the bone, with skin
S: WW amaretto cheesecake yogurt
D: Dr. Praeger's Veggie Burger on a WW whole wheat bun, with sliced tomato, raw onion,ketchup & mustard... roast zucchini on the side.
S: Baked scoops with salsa (appropriate serving this time)

I also did a half hour of Zumba.

This was a good day.
