Exercise: Walking with Chloe
B: Ezekiel toast w/ ICBINB & apple butter, coffee w/ ff h&h and agave
S: Coffee w/ 2 creamers & 2 packets of sugar
L: 6" Subway Turkey w/ Light Mayo & Veggies, Subway Apple Slices
S: Craisins & Cocoa Almonds (100 cal pack of each)
D: Salad w/ breaded chicken fillet, hb egg, and light honey mustard dressing
S: Grapes, Skinny Cow, 100-cal pack popcorn
Areas to focus on -- need to get walking with Chloe earlier so I can walk longer.
Monday in Review...
GOOD: Stuck to planned foods, though didn't eat fruit & popcorn I intended to eat. Fell right into the recommended ranges for calories and nutrients according to SparkPeople. Took my vitamins & fish oil.
NEEDS WORK: Slept late & procrastinated in the morning, meaning my walk with Chloe was cut short. Was kind of lazy/tired after work and did not do any additional exercise. Stayed up too late.
