G's Tuesday Pamcakes

Slacked off on posting my pamcakes here (but did track them via SparkPeople), but here's my plan for today:

B: 2 slices Ezekiel bread w/ fig pecan cheese spread, orange juice
L: Salad w/ chicken breast & Ken's healthy options Parmesan Peppercorn dressing,apple
S: Cocoa roast almonds & banana
D: TBD -- something out of the stuff I have at home.
S:  WW Latte bar OR jolly pop mini bag of popcorn

E:  Walking with Chloe, Home strength training routine
