Today I am planning:
- B: 2 slices Ezekiel bread w/ ICBINB light and apple butter, coffee w/ agave nectar & ff h&h
- L: Salad greens w/ grilled chicken breast + caesar dressing
- S: Coffee w/ sugar & h&h, cocoa roast almonds, craisins
- D: WW Beef & Beer stew
- S: Grapes, Popcorn, Skinny Cow
Exercise: Total 2 miles walkies w/ dog, will make a challenge to do 10 push-ups and 100 crunches total today
