D: Wednesday Pamcakes

Breakfast:
Quick-cooking Grits

Lunch:
-Sandwich: deli-sliced garlic chicken, mustard, slice of light cheese

Snacks:
-pineapple chunks
-one heart-shaped peep (very stale, the best way to eat them)
-Pumpkin-flavored DD Coffee (since it is pre-sweetened, I asked for "just a little" of the pumpkin flavoring - I have no idea whether or how this instruction was followed)

Dinner:
-Veggieburger with Cheese (Dr. Praeger's)
-Oven fries
-Broccoli with ICBINB spray, salt, and lemon juice

Dessert:
-Ice cream float (diet coke & FF ice cream)
