D's Wednesday Pamcakes

Breakfast: Chocolate Slimfast, Coffee

Snack: Apple, Tea

Lunch: Maruchan Instant Lunch + Eggbeaters

Snack: Chocolate Marshmallow Heart

Meeting Snacks: one small piece of poundcake, Ritz crackers with cheese

Dinner: WW Lamb Stew

Exercise: 30 minutes of Wii Just Dance 2 (350 calorie burn)
