D's Wednesday Pamcakes

Breakfast: Chobani 0% Peach Greek Yogurt, Coffee

Snack #1: Grapes

Lunch: Maruchan Instant Lunch

Snack #2: Banana, Pickle, Coffee

Dinner: Frittata (eggbeater + egg) with potato, mushroom, cherry tomato, and cheeses

Exercise: 20 minutes of Just Dance 2, 20 minutes of Wii Fit hooping
