D's Monday Pamcakes

Breakfast: Chocolate Slimfast, Coffee

Snack: Apple, Blueberry Tea

Lunch: Stupid 4-serving Broccoli Quiche

Snack: Banana, Coffee

Snack: eggbeaters + black beans + salsa + a sprinkle of cheese

Dinner: Hot & Sour soup, Edamame, Shumai, Mixed Maki Roll & a few piece of sushi

Snack: WW 3-point ice cream bar

Exercise: 30 minutes of Wii Just Dance 2 (370 calorie burn)
