D's Tuesday Pamcakes

Breakfast: Chobani 0% Pomegranite Greek Yogurt, Coffee

Snack: Banana, fun-sized Snickers Bar

Lunch: Small portion of leftover Hot & Sour Soup with black beans added, plus a Subway Salad with Turkey or Chicken

Snack: Apple

Dinner: Two 100 calorie ham, egg, & cheese cups, Tea

Snack: 3-point WW Ice cream Bar

Exercise Skip Day
