Breakfast: Chobani 0% Blueberry Greek Yogurt
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: leftover Frittata (eggbeater + egg) with potato, mushroom, cherry tomato, and cheeses
Snack: Banana
Popcorn?
Dinner: Beef stew, baked sweet potato chips, beer
