G's Monday Pamcakes

So far today:

- 2 packets Oat Revolution instant oatmeal
- Work coffee (w/ 3 creamers + 2 sugars) x2
- Lunch:  Kashi Lemongrass Chicken

- Snack:  100-cal pack of nuts & pineapple cup
- Dinner:  Turkey Reuben (100 cal bread, RF Swiss, Light Thousand Island, Sauerkraut)
- Dessert:  Air Popped Popcorn w/ butter spray; Grapes

Exercise:  30 min of something!  (walking or Wii Fit most likely)
