Breakfast: Oatmeal made with unsweetened almond milk (not a full portion, as it exploded in
the microwave), coffee
Snack: Grapefruit
Lunch: Crackpot chicken leftovers
Snack: Banana
Snack: Jollytime popcorn (mini-bag)
Dinner: out at Blu Fig - 4 cherry BBQ chicken wings, small portion of calamari, 2 small slices of sausage & fennel Pizza
(bad. bad bad bad. if I was gonna eat food like that, I could employed better portion control. at the very least, I really did not need more than one slice of that pizza.)
