D's Monday Pamcakes

Breakfast: Breakstone low-fat Cottage Doubles - strawberry

snack: grapefruit

Lunch: Split Pea Soup

snack: banana

Dinner: -Salad w/olives & walnuts & spritzer dressing
-Meat Lasagana
-few bites of penne with 4 shrimp

Snack: Turkey Pepperoni
Snack: Pureed frozen banana (w/ splash of ff half & half)
