D's Friday Pamcakes

Breakfast: Breakstone's Low-Far Cottage Doubles, Pineapple

snack: orange

Lunch: 2 crabcakes, 1 turkey sausage patty, "breakfast-style" potatoes

snack: coffee, banana

Dinner: Salad with anchovies & low-fat dressing, Crockpot Split Pea Soup, 1 slice Italian bread

snack: Weight Watchers Ice cream Bar

Exercise: 25 minutes of Just Dance 2 on Wii
