G's Friday Pamcakes

Today so far:

Breakfast - Kashi blueberry waffles w/ butter spray, maple syrup, and fresh blueberries; coffee w/ coffee mate creamer; DD iced coffee w/ cream (no sugar!)
Lunch - (Cafeteria) Individual meatball pizza; macaroni salad; peanut m&ms
Dinner -  Buffalo chicken salad w/ light ranch
Dessert/Snack - Strawberries w/ cream cheese dip; air popped popcorn w/ butter spray; WW Ice Cream bar
Exercise - Blew it off
