Breakfast: Oatmeal made with unsweetened vanilla almond milk & dried cherries (well, technically cherry juice infused cranberries, because Ocean Spray is a sneaky jerk)
Lunch: Hot & Sour Soup, Steamed Dumplings
Dinner: Salad with chickpeas, anchovies, & low-fat dressing; one low-fat pierogie; 1 slice Italian bread;
(that seems like not a lot, but I really can't remember anything else)
Wine
Snack: Weight Watchers ice cream bar
